1 What we collect
We collect only what we need to run ReviewRooster. That includes:
- Account data - your name, email address, and password when you sign up.
- Business data - your business name and Google review link that you provide during setup.
- Customer data - names and email addresses you enter to send review requests.
- Usage data - how many requests you've sent, when, and to whom, visible to you in your dashboard.
- Billing data - processed securely by our payment provider. We never store full card numbers.
2 How we use your data
Your data is used exclusively to provide the service:
- Sending review request emails to your customers on your behalf.
- Showing you your request history and usage stats.
- Processing your subscription payments.
- Sending you transactional emails, such as receipts and password resets.
3 We never sell your data
Your customer contact information is yours. We never sell, rent, or share it with third parties for marketing or any commercial purpose. Full stop.
4 Third-party services
We use a small number of trusted third-party services to operate ReviewRooster:
- Email delivery - to send review request emails to your customers.
- Payment processing - to handle subscription billing securely.
- Hosting & infrastructure - to keep the app fast and reliable.
Each provider is bound by their own privacy policy and we only share the minimum data required for them to perform their function.
5 Data retention
We retain your account and customer data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your account, we will delete your data within 30 days upon request. Request history may be retained in anonymized form for service improvement purposes.
6 Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the data we hold about you and your customers. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below and we'll respond within 7 business days.
7 Cookies
We use only essential cookies, those required to keep you logged in and the app functioning. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
8 Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of ReviewRooster after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

By creating a ReviewRooster account or using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use ReviewRooster.
These terms apply to all users, free and paid. "ReviewRooster", "we", "us", and "our" refer to ReviewRooster and its operators.
2 The service
ReviewRooster is a tool that lets business owners send review request emails to their customers. We provide the platform; you provide the customer contacts and initiate each request.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.
3 Your responsibilities
You are responsible for how you use ReviewRooster. Specifically, you agree to:
- Only send review requests to customers who have had a genuine interaction with your business.
- Comply with applicable anti-spam laws, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CASL where relevant.
- Not use ReviewRooster to send unsolicited bulk email or to contact people who haven't done business with you.
- Not attempt to manipulate, fake, or purchase reviews in violation of Google's policies.
- Keep your account credentials secure and not share access with others.
4 Acceptable use
You may not use ReviewRooster to:
- Send spam, harass, or contact individuals who have asked not to be contacted.
- Impersonate another business or individual.
- Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.
5 Plans & billing
ReviewRooster offers a free plan and paid monthly subscriptions. Paid plans are billed monthly and renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
We do not offer refunds for partial months. If you downgrade from a paid plan, your current plan features remain active until the end of the billing period.
We reserve the right to change our pricing with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
6 Intellectual property
ReviewRooster and its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without our written permission.
You retain ownership of all data you input into ReviewRooster, including customer contact information.
7 Disclaimer of warranties
ReviewRooster is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will result in any specific number of reviews for your business.
Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your customers' willingness to leave reviews and Google's own platform behavior.
8 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReviewRooster shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
9 Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of ReviewRooster after that date means you accept the revised terms.
10 Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ReviewRooster operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, followed by binding arbitration if needed.
